A rabbit keeps going into a butcher shop and asking the butcher, “Have you got any cabbage?” Why? And where is he going with this? Does the butcher see the humour? This little movie was created at the Light Exchange as part of an Animatazz play date.
Katie (aged 12), Conor (aged 7) and Sean (aged 12) created their own Hallowe’en ghouls and pitted them against each other in a freestyle fighting championship. We hope to see more mayhem soon from these ghastly ghouls! Well done, Katie, Conor & Sean.

Children from Belfast turned this traditional Belfast skipping song into a short animated movie. Our story was influenced by “Riverdance” and the dance scene for “I want to be in America” from the movie “West Side Story”. We studied clips from both, as well as making a storyboard to plan the production.
A tale of a fisherman being pulled into the world of the Pond People … or is it just a dream? This wonderful story was the creation of Orla and Eva; and the characters and animation were done by a crew of 8 to 13 year olds.
