from The Animatazz Director’s Manual

Our Director's Manual shows you how to give your tazz characters facial expressions

Our Director's Manual shows you how to give your tazz characters facial expressions

Animation is all about moving your actors in small steps around your set and taking photographs of them for each movement.

It could be drawings, but using plasticine and our ANIMATAZZ EASY-ACTION figure, you can get animating your own characters in no time at all and you don’t need to be a good drawer.

With your Animatazz plasticine, you can dress them up in clothes and give them personalities of their own. We even give you a backdrop for your movie set, but of course you can make up your own with cereal boxes, or coloured card, or even just use a corner of your own bedroom with a few toys as props.

New Cowengate Scandal – Brian Cowen gets “Tazzed”

The Taoiseach Brian Cowen makes a song and dance about the new NAMA bank.
Major cringe factor as the
David Brent dance from “The Office” and a song resembling The Muppets song Ma Nama na or “Mah-Na Mah-Na,”.

A word of warning – This movie was sent in anomyously … Continue Reading

A Short infomercial about Swine flu

Hi Michael and the Animatazz gang, I recently purchased your Animation kit after stumbling across your website and looking at the Dragons Den and RTE news clips.  I had great fun playing around with it with my eight year old daughter Erin. We had to fight each other for turns to play with it :)

It’s great. I am really impressed with the Easy-Action Figure, it’s deadly. It works much better than I was expecting. … Continue Reading

I’ll Tell me Ma

I’ll Tell me Ma

I’ll Tell me Ma

Children from Belfast turned this traditional Belfast skipping song into a short animated movie. Our story was influenced by “Riverdance” and the dance scene for “I want to be in America” from the movie “West Side Story”. We studied clips from both, as well as making a storyboard to plan the production.
