We don’t have Movie Maker on our XP computer, Please Help

We don’t have MovieMaker on our XP computer, Please Help

The Movie Maker software from your linked  download only works on Windows Vista and Windows 7 versions and not on Windows XP like a lot of people still currently use.  Please can you help sort this problem for us? David.

Hi David, and Thank you for getting in touch and for embracing the challenges of Animatazz. Yes the link on our site is for moviemaker for MS Windows 7, the older and more common windows XP already has Movie Maker installed as an addition to the operating system. Microsoft was ordered to remove Movie Maker from its operating system due to anti-competition laws. For this very reason we were confident that we didn’t need a 3rd party editing software and instead tap into what you already had at your disposal. However we had to add a link for Windows 7.

Any way you’ll find it in the start menu and sometimes under accessories, if its not in that location I’d suggest running a search.
